I was born and brought up in Tripurant village in Basavakalyan Taluk in Bidar District, Karnataka state. I did my schooling and college studies in Basavakalyan. I live with my parents and a brother. My father is a farmer and my mother is a house wife. Along my studies (BA), my first job was with Participatory Watershed and Rural Development Agency (PRAWARDA) Basavakalyan back in 2002 as Community Organizer. My work is formation of Self Help Group (SHG), SHG through women empowerment and working with Watershed Management Committees. After I work with Orbit, an NGO in Humnabad for a period of 2 years as Training Officer in Human Resource Development Training Centre (HRDTC) and as a Assistant coordinator in Entrepreneurship Development Program (EDP). I returned to PRAWARDA, Micro Finance Institute (MFI) and continue to work as Training Coordinator. Also I am continuing my study MA in SOCIALOGY in the Open University Mysore.
